How much confidence would an outside party have in this business’s ability to generate predictable free cash flow without the owner at the center?

The Strategic Capacity Assessment does not assign a valuation.
It measures the structural drivers that influence valuation.

Once Strategic Capacity is clearly understood, a formal valuation is performed, informed by the Strategic Capacity Score and the risks and strengths identified in the assessment.
